All my items are sent via Royal Mail Small Parcel 2nd Class. If you wish to use a different delivery method, please get in touch as a different fee will occur. Items are checked, packed very carefully and sent within 3 working days of purchase, many times on the same day. Please allow time for items to arrive, particularly bear in mind the recent delays through strikes.

If you receive an item and it is contrary to my description or photographs*, damaged or faulty, don’t worry, you will receive a refund, minus the postage cost . Items will need to be photographed and sent to me for review first, and I will require items to be returned to me, at your cost. If you have any questions, please get in touch. *If there will be differences between the photos displayed and what you will receive, it will be labelled in the description.
